You&rsquo;ll play a critical role in shaping how our story, products, and values come alive digitally. This role is a blend of growth hacking, customer journey optimization, on-site merchandising, and performance analytics. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, design-led, and purpose-driven brand environment.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities ● Revenue &amp; Growth Ownership: Own monthly GMV, AOV, and CVR metrics for cuminco.com. Plan and execute strategies to improve topline and profi tability. ● Website Optimization: Lead UI/UX improvements, navigation fl ows, landing page enhancements, and site speed performance in collaboration with tech and design partners. ● On-Site Merchandising: Manage product visibility, content refreshes, category performance, and upsell/cross-sell strategies. ● Growth Marketing Support: Coordinate closely with the performance marketing team to align campaigns across paid channels (Meta, Google, etc.) with on-site landing experiences. ● Retention &amp; CRM: Drive post-purchase engagement, reviews, loyalty, and repeat orders via email/SMS automations and personalised nudges (via platforms like Klaviyo, WebEngage, etc.) ● Promotions &amp; Campaigns: Plan and execute festive, thematic, or product-launch-driven promotions; ensure seamless user journey from ad click to checkout.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>● Analytics &amp; Reporting: Use Shopify analytics, and heatmaps to identify drop-offs, performance bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. ● Tech &amp; Ops Coordination: Liaise with logistics, customer service, and product ops to ensure frictionless customer experience from discovery to delivery.<br /> You&rsquo;re a Great Fit If You Have<br /> ● 7-10 years of D2C experience in a consumer brand ● Deep familiarity with Shopify and D2C marketing stack ● A strong sense of aesthetics and experience with UI/UX improvement projects ● A/B testing mindset and solid grasp of CRO, funnel metrics, and landing page psychology ● Cross-functional experience working with marketing, design, tech, and supply chain ● Strong copy and content instincts&mdash;bonus if you can brief creatives as well as write/edit them<br /> Perks &amp; Benefits:<br /> ● High-impact ownership role on Cumin Co.&rsquo;s flagship channel<br /> ● Part of the founding team at Cumin Co.<br /> ● Opportunity to influence product, design, and content strategy<br /> ● Fast-growing, values-led D2C brand shaping the $5B Indian kitchenware market<br /> ● A warm, driven, and collaborative team culture<br /> &nbsp;</div>
