1. Financial Planning & Analysis<br /> •<br /> Lead and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process, incorporating inputs from all key business units.<br /> •<br /> Analyze historical financial data to create predictive models and support long-term strategic planning.<br /> •<br /> Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives and provide actionable insights.<br />
2. Cost Management<br /> •<br /> Perform detailed cost analysis to drive profitability and operational efficiency.<br /> •<br /> Identify cost-saving opportunities and support implementation of strategic cost initiatives.<br /> •<br /> Evaluate the viability and risk of new domestic and international projects, supporting leadership in end-to-end planning and execution.<br />
3. Financial Reporting & Performance Monitoring<br /> •<br /> Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including P&L, variance analysis, and business performance dashboards.<br /> •<br /> Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying deviations and suggesting corrective actions.<br /> •<br /> Present financial findings and strategic recommendations to leadership.<br />
4. Strategic Business Support<br /> •<br /> Play a key role in overseeing commercial finance and costing deliverables.<br /> •<br /> Support business units with financial insights to drive informed decision-making.<br />
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration<br /> •<br /> Work closely with business heads and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with strategic priorities.<br /> •<br /> Foster a culture of financial accountability and continuous improvement across departments.<br /> Required Qualifications & Skills:<br /> •<br /> Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)<br /> •<br /> Experience: Minimum 4+ years post-qualification experience in FP&A, costing, or business finance roles<br /> •<br /> Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling<br /> •<br /> Strong understanding of costing methodologies and financial principles<br /> •<br /> Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities<br /> •<br /> Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels<br /> •<br /> Proficient in financial reporting tools and Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus<br /> •<br /> Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision<br /> ●
