You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms to drive traffic, leads, and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing tools, analytics, and A/B testing, and be passionate about scaling customer acquisition through paid media. Key Responsibilities:  Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Blinkit,Zepto,Swiggy and others.  Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).  Conduct keyword research and manage paid search campaigns.  Create and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.  Manage campaign budgets and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.  Stay updated on digital advertising trends and emerging platforms.  Identify growth opportunities through data insights and market research. Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.  1–2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.  Hands-on experience with platforms like Blinkit,Swiggy Instamart,Zepto,Amazon etc.  Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel building.  Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and performance dashboards.  Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
