Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Generalist with expertise in core human resources functions. This role will focus on critical areas including payroll management, attendance tracking, and driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs), contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary distribution.
• Administer attendance management systems to track employee attendance and absenteeism.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs).
• Support HR operations and administrative functions to enhance overall efficiency.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes as needed.
• Facilitate communication between management and employees to ensure a cohesive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in core HR functions, especially in payroll and attendance management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with KPIs and KRAs effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software, specifically KEKA, and other HR tools.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations management.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting tools.
• Experience in change management processes.
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and benefits administration.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role or related positions.
