  1. Strategy and Planning:<br /> <br />
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition and success strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.<br /> <br />
  • Identify target customer segments and develop effective strategies to reach and engage them.<br /> <br />
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.<br /> <br />
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies with company objectives.<br /> <br />
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, conducting presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.<br /> <br />
  1. Relationship Building:<br /> <br />
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target customer organizations.<br /> <br />
  • Identify customer needs and pain points, presenting tailored solutions to address them.<br /> <br />
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and support throughout the sales and post-sales cycle.<br /> <br />
  1. Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:<br /> <br />
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.<br /> <br />
  • Analyze sales and customer success data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.<br /> <br />
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and customer success activities, progress towards targets, and market feedback using Salesforce.<br /> <br />
