Job Description

Your main responsibilities include:

 

  • Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales on our online store.
  • Developing Annual E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Strategies to support sales and P& l Strategy along with creating a strong brand image
  • Sales & Targets-Working closely with all the channels & doing various activities like marketing campaigns, targeting right product at right time as per the season, ensuring enough inventory for target achievement.
  • Drive online sales growth through maximizing traffic, conversions and ROI via activations and promotions (Achieve Sales target & related commercial KPI )
  • Lead all website merchandising and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to maximize online profitability and conversion
  • Oversee all aspects of online activity including web development, branding, marketing and online sales and promotions
  • Manage the integration of all aspects of local e-commerce operations, including logistics, customer service, stock and supply chain, IT, and local outsourced partners
  • Build new strategies with internal partners to drive traffic & customer growth on our E Boutique
  • Ensure that all local requirements are met in terms of user experience, functionality, packaging, language, etc.
  • Track digital activities and KPIs through monthly reporting
  • Partner with Logistics/Supply Chain management, manage stock situation and ensure replenishment rhythms. Ensure proper allocation from HQ, in particular for novelties
  • Continuously build upon the strong marketing plan for the e-commerce platform ranging from: site activities, advertising, traffic building, sales mix, etc.
  • Oversee creative direction for web and email content, as well as promotional strategy and implementation
  • Analyzed site performance and initiated improvements, including merchandising efforts, technical projects, and creative changes
  • Stock planning & management – Monitoring and measuring sales trends hence, forecasting and mobilizing stocks across portals and sellers in close coordination with the team, to always have a smooth feeder mechanism.     
  • Position and present products in ways that exceed expectations such as conversion, average order value, customer service that add to the overall brand positioning.
  • Prepare monthly cost centre & product wise P&L and engage business teams and Management to take appropriate action.
