Job Summary

This role involves assessing requirements, carrying out functional design, validating product overviews, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to product promotion. The individual is expected to integrate advanced technical knowledge into practical applications, enhancing overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Assess Requirements: Build, maintain, and share functional knowledge of processes, services, and end-user product usage; analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management; consolidate business needs into new product concepts or upgrades.
• Carry Out Functional Design: Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications; present functional walk-throughs to stakeholders; ensure functional compatibility with other applications.
• Overview Validation: Contribute to the implementation of the test strategy; review the test plan to ensure compliance and system integrity; ensure traceability of tests with specifications and investigate reported incidents.
• Manage Relations with Key Stakeholders: Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project Management, Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams; support stakeholders during requirements understanding and implementation phases.
• Contribute to Product Promotion: Support product feature definition and contribute to RFP/RFI for the product; share content for product documentation and sales tools; conduct presentations and demos for customers.
• Participate in Team Events: Actively engage in team ceremonies such as Agile forums, team meetings, and solution assessments.

Qualifications

• Advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in the relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and guide junior team members.
• Proficient in writing technical documentation and specifications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred.
• Relevant industry experience or educational qualifications in a related field.

• Experience with product management or project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with customer-facing roles and presentations.
• Knowledge of product testing strategies and compliance validation.
