<div>Key Responsibilities<br /> Develop a thorough understanding of the concept of sustainability and its importance in complementing fundamental research.<br /> Use analytical tools and intellect to question, challenge and evaluate current practices in the evolving area of ESG<br /> Understand the contents of a Sustainability report and develop an understanding of global reporting standards like Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), EU Taxonomy, Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and its implementation.<br /> Highlight key sustainability / ESG issues that are material to an industry / company.<br /> Prepare a research report and rank companies based on their sustainability disclosures, performance, and qualitative factors.<br /> Undertake interactions with the company management to understand the company&rsquo;s overall sustainability strategy and progress.<br /> Present your ESG investment thesis to the fund manager and the research team.<br /> Travel to meet with the company management/suppliers to understand the company&rsquo;s overall sustainability strategy and progress.<br /> Key requirements</div> <div>Good communication, research, and analytical skills<br /> Keen eye for detail and a focused, methodical approach to work<br /> Should be willing to be based in Mumbai.<br /> Qualification required.</div> <div>Those with prior work experience with ESG profile will be given preference.<br /> 3 years of experience in traditional stock market research</div>
