The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with logistics platforms like Shiprocket, Shopify for e-commerce management, and customer care tools such as DelightChat, Return Prime. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Noida, Sector 4.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Logistics and Order Fulfillment:</p>

	<p>○ &nbsp;Coordinate with Shiprocket to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping and</p>

	<p>○ &nbsp;Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and</p>

	<li>
	<p>○ &nbsp;Implement and monitor SLAs for dispatch and delivery.</p>

	<p>○ &nbsp;Work with the production team to ensure everything ships in time and on</p>

	<p>budget</p>

<p>● &nbsp;Customer Care Operations:</p>

</ul> <p>○ Ensure all returns and exchanges are tagged, QCed and managed excellently</p> <ul> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Order Prioritization and Team Coordination:</p>

	<p>○ &nbsp;Prioritize orders based on urgency and special customer requests.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>○ &nbsp;Lead and train the fulfillment team to ensure high performance and efficiency.</p>

<p>● &nbsp;Process Optimization:</p>

	<p>○ &nbsp;Continuously improve fulfillment processes to reduce costs and improve turnaround times.</p>

	<p>Qualifications and Skills:</p>

	<p>● Experience:</p>
	</li>

	<p>○ &nbsp;3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with DTC brands.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>○ &nbsp;Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shiprocket and other courier partners.</p>

	<p>○ &nbsp;Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>○ &nbsp;Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</p>
