Job Description: Finance Controller at ENAM Group

Job Location: Mumbai

 

Position Overview:

As a Finance Manager at ENAM group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our Company while aligning our financial operations with our growth objectives.

 

Audit, Compliance & Taxes

• Ensure timely completion of statutory and internal audits
• Drafting and finalization of annual Balance Sheets
• Filing Income tax returns, drafting replies to Income tax assessments etc
• Filing to GST returns
• Managing ROC compliances
• Contract management: Review of agreements with vendors, customers, etc.

 

MIS

• Ensure timely preparation of weekly/monthly financials MISs and business MISs
• Analysing cost/expense trends and deviations and propose necessary actions to improve margins

 

Treasury management

• Management of cash flows and appraising the Board / senior management of the same.
• Timely payment to vendors/ banks/employees.

 

Financing

• Managing relationship with banks/ financial institutions for company/ supply chain financing
• Proving information to shareholders/ investors on timely basis
• Cultivate a culture of financial discipline and accountability throughout the organization.

• Having an eye for detail and accuracy.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically and adeptly solve complex financial problems.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

 

Qualifications

• CA with 2-5 years of experience in financial services industry
