Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Fashion Merchandiser specializing in luxury and bridal wear, responsible for aligning inventory, design vision, and market demand. The role focuses on sales-driven merchandising, stock optimization, store coordination, and brand presentation, working closely with multi-designer stores to enhance visibility, sales, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate inventory to align with design vision and market demand.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to track product development and deliveries
- Ensure timely execution of merchandising plans as per business requirements
- Work closely with store teams to ensure correct product availability, sizing, and presentation
- Support new collection launches, retail initiatives, and sales-driven activities
- Monitor stock levels, sell-through, replenishments, and slow-moving inventory
- Prepare order sheets, stock summaries, and dispatch details
- Coordinate stock movement between locations when required
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, tagging, and dispatch coordination
- Enhance brand presentation to cater to target clientele preferences.
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong understanding of luxury & bridal fashion merchandising
- Excellent sales analysis and inventory planning skills
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work with multi-designer stores.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong commercial sense.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting formats.
- Tracks stock and sales, manages inventory and replenishment.
- Handles orders from start to finish and answers questions before and after sales.
- Coordinates between designers, production, and stores (especially multi-brand stores).
- Makes sure the right stock is ready and displayed well during sales or events.
- Checks pricing on all platforms and fixes any mistakes.
- Monitors delivery times and solves any delays or quality issues.
- Manage and track inventory levels
