Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Instagram/Facebook ads, display advertising campaigns
- Marketing database via email, SMS, WhatsApp and any other channels
- Manage native & programmatic platforms for maximum ROI
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, photoshoots & collection launches
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Must Haves
5-6 Years of Retail performance Marketing experience
P& L understanding
Scaled campaigns profitably
Maintain a healthy blended ROAS of 5-6 X ++
Experience of managing a monthly ad spend of INR 50 Lacs+
Experience with platforms like Shopify
Experience with tools like Klaviyo, SMS Bump, Smile,io and so on
Excellent with Microsoft excel & other data mining platforms
Worked with fashion brands with successful growth record
