Job Description
<div>● Bring deep local experience from the market which allows you to provide input on local creative and operational strategy from a market perspective while influencing regional and global teams. ● Provide guidance for Writers, Language Managers, and Programming, Production, and Project Managers in close collaboration with the regional leader. ● Have an eye for compelling creative, inspire and set a high bar for quality, and advocate effectively on behalf of what’s best for the consumer experience. ● Comfortable working with and applying operational frameworks and best practices ● Adept at identifying, innovating and developing opportunities for efficiency and increased impact for the team. ● Drive high-priority title launches, form their localization strategy to implementation with a focus on creative excellence and a seamless member experience. ● Centralize localization strategy and maintain accountability across title-launch teams ● Foster relationships and partner with key stakeholders to define the content localization approach ● Gather, analyze & report on the data; look for opportunities to optimize workflows, inefficiencies, or issues that have been reported in cross functional forums ● Deep partnership with colleagues executing title creation and production to deliver end-to-end localization excellence</div>

<div>Qualifications ● You are equally adept at defining and driving both Creative and Operational Excellence and understand how to leverage data and insights to push the boundaries of creative excellence. ● 8+ years of Creative Operations and creation, across localization,production, commissioning, internationalization ● Experience in driving programs to attract, retain and groom creative talent, design workflow to improve outcomes ● Demonstrated outlook of continuous improvement via R&D, experimentation and hypothesis building and validation ● Demonstrated success in business analysis and strategic planning. Ability to make data and insights accessible to a non-expert audience. ● Ability to lead large-scale complex, cross-functional programs to delivery, preferably in an online content environmentProven effectiveness at delivering impactful presentations at the executive level; great interpersonal and communication skills. ● Ability to work effectively cross-functionally; demonstrated leadership, influencing, and execution skills at the executive level. ● Curiosity for language, culture, nuance, and the desire to continually build empathy ● Comfort working at a company, and in a team, where data and insights are heavily leveraged in decision-making. First-hand experience with A/B testing is a plus.</div>
