Job Summary

The Certinia PSA Specialist will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA) to meet the business requirements of the organization. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing workflow efficiency and ensuring the smooth integration of applications to support the company's operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Certinia PSA (FinancialForce PSA) to meet business requirements.
• Develop and optimize workflows to automate PSA processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Integrate Certinia PSA with other enterprise applications and systems.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional or technical issues in the PSA platform.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA / FinancialForce PSA modules.
• Strong understanding of project management, resource management, and billing workflows in PSA.
• Expertise in workflow automation within the Certinia ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform basics, including configuration and customization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with enterprise application integration methodologies.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of Agile project management methodologies.

Experience

• 3-9 years of relevant experience in PSA implementation and management.
