Industry: Dairy & FMCG (HORECA – Hotel, Restaurant, Catering)
Experience: 4–5 years (Field Sales Management)
Working Days: 6 days a week

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development
Manager to lead and expand our presence in the HORECA segment (Hotels,
Restaurants, Catering). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a
team of field sales executives, acquiring new clients, and meeting monthly sales
targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new HORECA clients for FruBon’s dairy and hotel
product lines.

Manage and mentor a team of field sales executives with daily tracking and
hand-holding.●

Drive sales targets and ensure regular follow-ups and customer
satisfaction.
Report sales performance and market insights to senior management.
Develop strategies to increase product reach and brand presence in
assigned regions.
Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in field sales and team management, preferably in
the FMCG or Dairy sector.
Strong network and experience in HORECA sales.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a field team
