Job Summary
The Talent Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the development and execution of a strategic capability roadmap aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of customer-facing teams. This position is focused on designing and delivering impactful learning and onboarding programs while strengthening commercial and digital capabilities. The manager will also work to improve operational efficiency and ensure that capability initiatives align with evolving business priorities and market needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver national and unit-level capability-building programs.
- Strengthen commercial, digital, and field coaching capabilities through structured interventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support sustainable business growth.
- Enable talent readiness, performance tracking, and foster a high-performance, learning-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in talent development or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of coaching methodologies and learning program design.
- Proficient in analyzing business needs and designing appropriate capability interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital learning platforms and modern learning technologies.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and tools.
- Knowledge of organizational development and change management principles.
Experience
8-12 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or related fields.
