Business Finance  <br /> We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Business Finance professional <br /> to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in driving financial insights, <br /> supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business <br /> performance and financial goals. <br /> RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> •  Preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans <br /> • Develop and maintain financial models for various projects <br /> • Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for <br /> improvement <br /> • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for <br /> financial analysis <br /> • Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and <br /> management reporting <br /> • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision<br /> making <br /> • Assist in the evaluation of potential investments <br /> • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and <br /> accuracy <br /> QUALIFICATIONS  <br /> ● 0-3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or similar analytical finance <br /> roles <br /> ● Qualified Chartered Accountant   <br /> ● Strong understanding of financial statements, business metrics, and analytical <br /> tools  <br /> ● Hands-on experience with Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., <br /> Power BI, Tableau)  <br /> ● Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving  <br /> ● Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred
