ROLE OVERVIEW
Role Summary: As a Analyst you'll be responsible for the analytical work to drive business strategy
across different verticals within the organization. You will develop skill sets in data
analysis, business planning, financial analysis/projections, industry research,
benchmarking analysis, and business strategy.

POSITION DETAILS:

Reports To: Lead
Experience: 5-8 years
Location: Bangalore
Team Size: Individual Contributor
Education:  B.Tech./MBA from a Tier 1 institute

 3-7 years of work experience in an Analytics, Consulting, Strategy,
or related role
 Exposure in Finance is a plus

 Detail-oriented and highly organized
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations
 Ability to think out of the box, run-on-the-go
 Conceptual & Visual thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills
Required

 Excellent analytical ability including demonstrated knowledge of
business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:  Analyze data and create insights that enhance decision making

across various areas of the business.
 Understand industry trends and produce quick deliverables for
senior leadership.
 Coordinate and oversee multiple cross-functional projects and
strategies that have direct and meaningful impact on the business.
 Help identify strategic opportunities across the organization, using
external and internal insight to help influence strategic direction.
 Execution of other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
