Job Summary
The Manager - Global Reward Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the Total Reward elements within the organization. This position is responsible for collaborating with Global Reward Partners (GRPs) to manage various compensation and reward processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GRPs to support internal and external offers, including Long-Term Incentive (LTI) valuations and off-cycle pay changes for grades 0-3 (non-GLT).
- Assist in the preparation of the executive grading process for roles at grades 0-3.
- Support individual and group retention strategies for employees at grades 0-3.
- Collaborate with the Benchmarking Team and relevant Regional Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Teams to ensure robust market data for benchmarking VP and above roles, validating matches for accuracy and addressing data gaps.
- Aid GRPs in various proposals or specific projects, including Performance & Reward (P&R) and Annual Performance Review (APR) activities, Galvani Variable Annual Reward (VAR), Short-Term Plan (STP), R&D Mid-year Review, and Critical Role review.
- Utilize case management tools to provide consistent support to GRPs as required by the operating model.
- Ensure appropriate levels of governance are maintained across business areas in line with the Reward Governance Framework (RGF).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in compensation analysis and benchmarking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in case management tools and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of Total Reward strategies and governance frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a global organization or multinational company.
- Familiarity with executive compensation practices and governance.
- Certification in Compensation Management (e.g., CCP) or related HR certifications.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, HR management, or a related field, with a focus on Total Rewards.

- The position is based in Bengaluru, Luxor North Tower, and operates in a hybrid work mode, combining both in-office and remote work.
Salary
- Estimated salary range: ₹4,000,000 per annum.
