About the Role
We’re looking for a
Technical Delivery Lead (Solution Architect)
to lead enterprise-grade implementations of GoComet’s SaaSplatform. This role is deeply
technical and delivery-focused
, responsible for system design, client integration, stakeholderalignment, and secure, scalable deployments for Fortune 500 clients like Unilever, Apple, and Koch.
You’ll act as the
technical face of delivery
, owning architecture, solution planning, and go-live execution across functions —engineering, product, client IT, and infosec.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
technical delivery and solution architecture
for large enterprise clients.
Design and document
integration architecture, auth flows, data exchange
, and custom workflows.
Own
client technical discussions
around SSO, security, APIs, scalability, and deployment.
Create and present
architecture diagrams
, deployment models, and implementation plans.
Collaborate with internal pods (product, engineering, QA, DevOps) to ensure right architecture and design
Drive
technical discovery
, scope definition, effort estimation, and SOW drafting.
Ensure
compliance with enterprise security protocols
(SOC 2, ISO, GDPR, etc.) during delivery.
Align with
product managers and customer success
for smooth handoffs and post-go-live tracking.
Manage multiple projects, team bandwidth, and client expectations in parallel.
Standardize best practices for architecture, delivery playbooks, and reusable solution patterns.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in technical solutioning, architecture, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
Deep understanding of
APIs, system integration, auth protocols (OAuth, SAML), and secure data design
.
3+ years in a
client-facing technical delivery
or
enterprise consulting
role.
3+ years of hands-on backend development experience (e.g., Ruby, Node.js, Python, or Java)
2+ years in a technical leadership role focused on DevOps/SRE/platform engineering.
Experience integrating with systems like
SAP, Oracle, TMS, ERPs, Identity Providers
.
Familiarity with
cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
and deployment practices (multi-tenant, hybrid, on-prem).
Proven track record of delivering projects involving
cross-functional coordination
, SOWs, and change management.
Exposure to
project and stakeholder management
in agile environments.
Strong ability to create technical documentation, diagrams, and articulate trade-offs.
Excellent communication skills — capable of leading technical conversations with both developers and CXOs.

You'll be expected to design a technical architecture, delivery plan, and identify key risks (tech + process + compliance).
We’ll assess your documentation, clarity of thinking, prioritization, and stakeholder-readiness.
6.
Final Round with CTO – 1 hour
Align on leadership philosophy, long-term ownership, and cultural fit.
Expect system-level questions and judgment-based trade-off discussions.
