Job Summary

The Salesforce Developer will play a critical role in enhancing and optimizing the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) within our organization. This position is aimed at building effective applications and ensuring seamless integrations to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet business requirements.
• Write efficient, reusable code using LWC (Lightning Web Components) and APEX while adhering to Salesforce Governor Limits.
• Execute Bulk Data Loads and manage integrations with various tools to streamline workflows.
• Utilize SOQL/SOSL queries for data manipulation and retrieval.
• Debug issues and perform performance tuning to ensure application efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–9 years of hands-on development experience in Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of APEX Design Patterns and Salesforce Integrations.
• Proficient in GenAI Tooling and familiar with AgentForce for automation purposes.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills to enhance application performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft, Informatica for data integration tasks.
• Familiarity with Flosum for continuous integration and delivery.
• Understanding of Docusign and Conga Contracts for document management.
• Knowledge of Zuora CPQ for configuring pricing and quoting solutions.

Experience

• Minimum of 5–9 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.

• Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
• Typical work environment includes collaboration within a team and interaction with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Salary

• Estimated budget: ₹1.9 LPM + GST
