Job Summary

The SAP MM Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the Materials Management (MM) module within SAP. This role involves integrating the MM module with Finance (FI), debugging programs, managing material and vendor master data, and ensuring efficient procurement processes. The consultant will contribute to the overall success of the projects and enhance operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end implementation of the MM module.
• Integrate MM and FI, ensuring smooth data flow between modules.
• Debug programs to create and maintain efficient MM functionalities.
• Manage and optimize purchase pricing strategies.
• Oversee the subcontracting process effectively.
• Handle and maintain master data such as Material Master, Vendor Master, Info Records, and Source Lists.
• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Outline Agreements, and Service Entry Release Strategy.
• Collaborate on printing programs, including PO Print and other relevant reports.
• Develop and execute data cutover strategies from ECC to S4HANA version.
• Utilize knowledge in Warehouse Management (WM) and Pharmaceutical Domain to enhance project delivery.
• Assist in the import process when required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SAP MM module implementation.
• Strong knowledge of MM-FI integration.
• Proficiency in debugging programs within SAP.
• Expertise in purchase pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with the subcontracting process.
• In-depth understanding of master data management (Material Master, Vendor Master, Info Record, Source List).
• Experience with Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Outline Agreements, and Service Entry Release Strategy.
• Ability to collaborate on printing requirements, including PO and other relevant printing reports.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management (WM).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical domain.
• Familiarity with the import process.

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience relevant to SAP MM module implementations.
• Demonstrated experience with data cutover strategies from ECC to S4HANA.
