Job Description

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

 

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve AUM targets.

 

• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and partner needs to identify

 

opportunities for growth.

 

• Business development with regional partners and individual distributor partners

 

• Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales goals with overall business

 

objectives.

 

• Achieving business targets, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales

 

improvements, product mix development

 

• Identify areas of improvement in sales strategies and with a view of establishing

 

actionable insights for the improvement in sales and business profits.

 

2. Client Relationship Management:

 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutional investors, and

 

distribution partners across segments.

 

• Identify partner and client needs and work closely with the product and service

 

teams to tailor solutions.

 

• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through excellent service

 

delivery.

 

3. Market Expansion:

 

• Identify and pursue new business partners within the region.

 

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.

 

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competition mapping and regulatory

 

changes to anticipate market shifts.

 

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

 

• Implement robust sales performance tracking mechanisms.

 

• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges for senior

 

management.

 

• Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales
