Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Leader with a strong background in consumer internet, e-commerce, or loyalty-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of how rewards influence user behavior and spending decisions. This role is critical for enhancing product offerings and driving user engagement through effective loyalty programs and commerce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product strategy for PlaySuper’s rewards and commerce surfaces.
- Design user journeys where incentives lead to real transactions.
- Build and optimize multi-brand reward catalogs and redemption flows.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to create intuitive, trust-first consumer experiences.
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product hypotheses and experiments.
- Work with engineering teams to ship scalable, reliable consumer-facing systems.
- Analyze user behavior, identify drop-offs, and utilize conversion data to enhance redemption and encourage repeat usage.
- Oversee the Profit and Loss (PnL) of the product.
- Serve as the internal voice of the user, continuously questioning friction, trust, and motivation in the user experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Leader.
- Proven track record in building consumer-facing internet or e-commerce products.
- Previous exposure to loyalty programs, rewards platforms, or incentive-led systems.
- Experience working with multi-brand catalogs or partner ecosystems.
- Strong empathy for users paired with a solid intuition for UX and consumer psychology.
- Ability to conceptualize in terms of funnels, incentives, and economic loops.
- Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration involving design, engineering, and business teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and structured approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with platforms related to banking loyalty programs, cashback platforms, or rewards marketplaces such as Reward360, PayBack, Cred, credit card rewards, and loyalty aggregators.
- Experience in designing or scaling redemption systems.
- Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks.
- Background in startup environments or experience owning products in fast-paced settings.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management or leadership roles within consumer internet or e-commerce sectors.
