WHAT YOU’LL DO:<br /> ●<br /> Single owner of the whole process and single point of contact from offers acceptance to registration of a Truva property<br /> ●<br /> Guide buyers and sellers through each step of the closing process, providing assistance and resolving queries.<br /> ●<br /> Ensure all closing documents, including legal and financial papers, are accurately completed and submitted on time.<br /> ●<br /> Work with lawyers, bankers, societies, registrars to ensure smooth registration<br /> WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS<br /> ●<br /> Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.<br /> ●<br /> Excellent communication/interpersonal abilities.<br /> ●<br /> Experience in real estate transactions or related fields is a plus.<br /> ●<br /> Problem-solving mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure smooth closings.<br /> ●<br /> Comfort in managing multiple transactions
