WHAT YOU’LL DO:
●
Single owner of the whole process and single point of contact from offers acceptance to registration of a Truva property
●
Guide buyers and sellers through each step of the closing process, providing assistance and resolving queries.
●
Ensure all closing documents, including legal and financial papers, are accurately completed and submitted on time.
●
Work with lawyers, bankers, societies, registrars to ensure smooth registration

Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
●
Excellent communication/interpersonal abilities.
●
Experience in real estate transactions or related fields is a plus.
●
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure smooth closings.

Comfort in managing multiple transactions
