Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end P&L, ensuring revenue growth and margin expansion
Manage and grow top BFSI accounts through account mining and cross-selling
Ensure delivery excellence across fixed price, T&M, and managed services engagements
Partner with sales for deal shaping, pricing, and profitability
Drive AI, automation, and productivity improvements (20–30%)
Build and optimize team structure, utilization, and leadership pipeline
Manage client relationships and executive stakeholder engagement
Oversee governance, risk, and performance tracking

Ideal Candidate:

20+ years in IT services delivery
Strong BFSI (Insurance preferred) experience
Managed $50M+ portfolios
Proven track record in growth, delivery, and margin improvement
Strong leadership and commercial mindset
