MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES<br /> Role Title Manager – Human Resources<br /> Reporting to Associate Director – Head of Sales HR<br /> Location Art Guild House, Phoenix Market City, Kurla<br /> ROLE OVERVIEW<br /> We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our central HR team and drive strategic projects across the organization. The role involves managing diverse HR initiatives that impact employee experience, organizational capability, and business outcomes.<br /> We are looking for candidates who are strong team players, have a high level of attention to detail, excellence orientation, clarity of thought, and demonstrate ownership and accountability in their work.<br /> KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES<br /><br /> Learning & Development: Design and implement capability-building interventions for various employee groups.<br /><br /> M&A Due Diligence & Change Management: Support HR integration activities during mergers and acquisitions, including cultural alignment and communication plans.<br /><br /> Talent Upgrade Initiatives: Partner with business teams to enhance field force capability through structured programs.<br /><br /> Employee Lifecycle Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.<br /><br /> People & Performance Analytics: Analyse workforce data to generate insights and support decision-making.<br /><br /> Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement.<br /><br /> Project Management: Lead and execute HR projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.<br /><br /> Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, HR partners, and external vendors to deliver impactful solutions.<br /> IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE<br /><br /> Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.<br /><br /> 3–6 years of experience in HR roles with exposure to multiple HR domains.<br /><br /> Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.<br /><br /> Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.<br /><br /> Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
