Job Description
- Prefer to have someone with at least 5 years of experience in general insurance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (which includes both a quantitative and a qualitative orientation)
- Good at relationship building & project management
- General insurance technical and sales knowledge
- Focused & driven to take on challenges
- The candidate would be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to increase business, towards increasing channel diversification, &also be responsible to enhance partner co-ordination, engagement, among many others.
- Candidate would be closely coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders across levels & locations
- Candidate will be responsible for devising strategies, detailing action plans, defining timelines and be actively involved in ground execution of various related initiatives.
