8. Handling escalated customer complaints.

9. Compiling and presenting sales reports

10. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

11. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

12. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation

Minimum experience - 3 years
