<p>Arihant Capital Markets Ltd. is looking to appoint a dynamic and visionary leader as Head of Distribution Business</p>
<p>(Third Party Products) will lead the strategic planning, execution, and growth of the third-party distribution vertical.</p>
<p>This role includes overseeing mutual funds, insurance products, PMS, AIFs, structured products, and other financial</p>
<p>instruments distributed by Arihant Capital. The individual will be responsible for partnerships, product strategy,</p>
<p>channel development, sales performance, compliance, and team management.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:-</p>
<p>Strategic & Business Development</p>
<p>• Define and implement the strategy for third-party product distribution aligned with organizational growth</p>
<p>objectives.</p>
<p>• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and product innovations to expand distribution business.</p>
<p>• Build and manage strong relationships with AMCs, Insurance Companies, and other product manufacturers.</p>
<p>• Drive AUM growth across all third-party products.</p>
<p>Sales Leadership</p>
<p>• Lead a high-performing sales and relationship management team across geographies.</p>
<p>• Set sales targets, define KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of distribution revenue goals.</p>
<p>• Support branch network and sales teams with product training, marketing strategies, and tools.Product & Partner Management</p>
<p>• Onboard and manage relationships with Mutual Funds, PMS/AIFs, Insurance partners, and Fixed Income</p>
<p>providers.</p>
<p>• Ensure compliance and due diligence while introducing new products.</p>
<p>• Regularly review partner performance, payouts, and commercial terms.</p>
<p>Operations & Compliance</p>
<p>• Oversee efficient execution, backend operations, and client service related to third-party products.</p>
<p>• Ensure compliance with SEBI, IRDAI, AMFI, and other regulatory guidelines.</p>
<p>• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure smooth product delivery and support.</p>
<p>Candidate Profile :-</p>
<p>Professional Experience</p>
<p>• Experience: 15–20 years in Retail Broking Distribution/ Wealth Management / Wealth Advisory /</p>
<p>Investment Advisory, with at least 5+ years in a leadership position.</p>
<p>• Preferred Background: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in financial services with a strong background</p>
<p>in product distribution. Strong track record in AUM growth, revenue generation, and leadership.</p>
<p>• Education: MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA / CFP or equivalent financial qualifications.</p>
<p>• Track Record: Proven experience in building and scaling high-performing wealth businesses with multi-</p>
<p>crore AUM.</p>
<p>• Skills: Strategic thinking, strong sales acumen, client relationship management, leadership and execution</p>
<p>orientation.</p>
<p>• Deep understanding of mutual funds, insurance, and alternate investment products.</p>
<p>• Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.</p>
<p>• AMFI/NISM certified.</p>
