<div>Job Purpose :<br /> The in-house editor will work as a collaborative storyteller with the creative team across paid social<br /> and other channels primarily focusing on conversion-led campaigns.<br /> Collaboratively and independently conceptualize and edit standout, memorable video content that<br /> entertains our audiences and accomplishes business objectives.<br /> We&rsquo;re looking for a direct response video advertising editor who can show and tell the hell out of the<br /> brand.<br /> Roles and Responsibilities:<br /> &bull; Quickly and efficiently edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Facebook,<br /> Instagram, YouTube, on-site, and other channels utilizing in-house footage, stock videos and<br /> existing content<br /> &bull; Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to concept, edit, and launch assets<br /> based on creative briefs<br /> &bull; Stop viewers dead in their tracks with creative hooks then educate them on the core benefits<br /> and outcomes of the products and their features<br /> &bull; Work with the footage received from our in-house videographers, user-generated content,<br /> and other creative assets to create new edits<br /> &bull; Turn existing photo, video, and graphic assets into entertaining and high-converting content<br /> for paid social channels that see average upward trends in conversions, spend, and CTR<br /> &bull; Troubleshoot, iterate, and test variations of videos that could have meaningful impacts on<br /> their effectiveness and longevity<br /> &bull; Develop and execute the brand story across all channels<br /> &bull; Work hand-in-hand with copywriters, videographers, and editors to finalize video assets<br /> &bull; Curate, edit, and finalize video assets in various aspect ratios<br /> Required Education, Experience and Skills :</div> <div>&bull; Minimum 2 to 3+ years in video editing at a marketing agency, post-production house, or e-<br /> commerce brand with a portfolio to back it up, ideally working for direct-to-consumer online</div> <div>brands or digital performance-based creative agency.<br /> &bull; Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite with an emphasis in Premiere Pro and After Effects<br /> &bull; Great understanding of paid media/social media ad networks, with an emphasis on pace and<br /> education</div> <div>Public</div> <div>&bull; The ability to prioritize your work, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and can adapt to<br /> changing priorities<br /> &bull; Innovates on visual deliverables in a creative way, including relevant visual styles/trends<br /> &bull; Can produce high quality content for paid social channels with quick turnaround times<br /> &bull; Analyzes previous work and hypothesizes optimization opportunities based on data and<br /> business learnings</div>
