Role Purpose Transform education from a support function into a core growth engine—directly driving: • Customer activation • Product adoption • Partner productivity • Retention and renewals This role will ensure that training outcomes are tightly linked to business metrics and revenue impact, not just content delivery. 1. Customer Education & Adoption • Design and deploy structured learning journeys across the customer lifecycle (onboarding → advanced usage) • Drive education on automation, workflows, and ROI-led product usage • Standardize first 30–60 day onboarding success framework • Increase adoption of advanced modules and features
2. Partner Capability Building • Develop business-led training programs for partners covering: o Sales pitch and positioning o Conversion frameworks o Objection handling • Build
