Business Analyst – Founder’s Office

We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Business Analyst to join our Founder's Office. In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with business and operations teams to identify gaps, build insights, and drive process improvements across the org.

 

What You'll Do:

• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making
• Collaborate with business & ops teams to identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows
• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for key operations metrics
• Leverage spreadsheets, BI tools (like Tableau), and other analytics platforms to support strategic initiatives

 

What You Bring:

• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with data interpretation
• Excellent skills in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Experience or familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• A proactive mindset to identify and solve problems with minimal oversight
