Job Summary
The Sr. Brand Manager will be responsible for leading and managing brand strategies for fitness services. This role will contribute significantly to the company's mission by executing long-term strategies, measuring brand health, and ensuring effective media strategies. The successful candidate will report directly to the Brand Head and manage a portfolio that advances the brand's presence in the competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: Oversee and guide the brand management team and ensure alignment with overall brand strategies.
- Brand Management: Develop and execute brand strategies that resonate with consumers and enhance brand equity.
- Campaign Excellence: Lead the creation and execution of innovative brand campaigns that drive consumer engagement.
- Media Strategies: Design effective ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) media strategies to measure media ROI and enhance brand visibility.
- Partnerships: Foster collaborations and partnerships that align with brand goals to leverage market presence.
Qualifications
- Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in building and growing brands in sectors such as FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), fitness, apparel, or consumer technology.
- Ability to work closely with the Brand Head, Mohua, and effectively lead the brand team.
- Educational Qualifications: Relevant degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of brand health metrics and how to measure them.
- Experience with market mix modeling and effective media strategies.
- Previous experience in a lead role within a major brand.
Experience
- 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in brand management, ideally in the fitness or consumer goods industry.
Environment
- This position is based in Bangalore, with a preference for local candidates. The role requires close collaboration with various departments and includes a leadership component.
