Job Summary

This role is designed for an experienced Java Developer responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions and ensure robust performance of the applications in a dynamic and collaborative setting in Noida.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring best practices and high performance.
• Collaborate with software architects, designers, and other developers to design innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to guarantee optimal functionality.
• Implement code reviews and refactoring to enhance code quality and maintainability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them as necessary into the application lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in core Java and object-oriented programming principles.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, databases, and design patterns.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of robust experience in Java development, with a demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement scalable applications.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing full software development lifecycle projects.
