Job Summary

The R2R (Record to Report) role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. It involves managing the end-to-end process of recording, reconciling, and reporting financial transactions to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Record to Report (R2R) cycle, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end close processes.
• Identify process improvements within the R2R cycle to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and tools, with advanced Excel skills preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
