Senior Node.js and Python Azure Developer (AWS to Azure Migration Expert)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Senior Node.js and Python developers with strong expertise in Azure cloud services and AWS to Azure migration. The role involves hands-on development using Node.js and Python, leveraging Azure Serverless technologies such as Azure Functions, and leading cloud migration projects from AWS to Azure. This position is critical to driving our cloud transformation initiatives and ensuring seamless migration and integration of applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Node.js and Python.
• Design, implement, and manage Azure Serverless solutions, particularly Azure Functions.
• Lead and execute AWS to Azure cloud migration projects, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect cloud-native solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize cloud applications for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Document migration processes, best practices, and provide technical guidance to team members.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Python programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform, especially Azure Functions and serverless architecture.
• Proven expertise in AWS to Azure migration strategies and execution.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, networking, and security in Azure.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure automation and deployment tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, and Azure App Services.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
• Certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) or AWS.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud migration projects, specifically migrating workloads from AWS to Azure.

Salary
