

Key Responsibilities: Being a Mobility Manager you would be responsible for :
Manage the end-to-end process for international assignments, including assignment planning, immigration, tax compliance, and relocation logistics.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to global mobility, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company guidelines.
Act as the main point of contact for employees going on international assignments or relocations.
Handle inquiries related to their international moves, ensuring a seamless experience.
Pre-Assignment Briefing and Orientation:
Conduct pre-assignment briefings to prepare employees for their international roles.
Provide orientation on cultural, legal, and logistical aspects of their new location.
Creative Problem-Solving:
Develop innovative solutions for diverse and complex mobility-related issues.
Navigate challenges related to immigration, tax regulations, and other mobility aspects. May not be SME for tax & immigration but having the know -how.
Collaborate with HR, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination of global mobility activities.
Monitor and report on key metrics related to global mobility, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations, advising stakeholders on potential impact to global mobility programs.
Requirements:
Experience 10+ years in Global Mobility/
Proficiency in global mobility practices
Familiarity with HR systems
Competence in employee data administration and end-to-end processes.
Understanding of equity considerations for globally mobile employees.
Strong Excel skills.
Collaboration with HR business partners (HRBPs).
