Job Summary

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead our technological vision and strategy, driving the development of products that enhance educational experiences through AI and automation. This role is crucial in shaping the future of education technology and ensuring our solutions are reliable, scalable, and secure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
• Lead the engineering team in building and scaling products used by thousands of customers globally.
• Ensure engineering excellence by establishing best practices for reliability, scalability, and security.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Mentor and inspire team members to reach their full potential and enhance their technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and automation into all aspects of product development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technology leader, preferably in a Software as a Service (SaaS) or education technology environment.
• Strong background in software engineering and product management.
• Expertise in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees (MSc, MTech, PhD) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in scaling technology platforms in international markets.
• Familiarity with education systems and teaching methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure management.
• Understanding of data privacy and security regulations.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record of developing successful technology products and services.
