Job Summary

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will be responsible for developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. This role involves creating custom solutions tailored to business requirements and ensuring effective integration with external systems, all while adhering to Microsoft best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
  • Create custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and JavaScript to implement business logic.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using Power Platform, Azure Services, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), or RESTful APIs.
  • Design and implement Power Automate flows and Power Apps to automate business processes.
  • Customize user interface and user experience (UI/UX) using Web Resources (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
  • Develop custom entities, business process flows, and ribbon customizations to meet user needs.
  • Migrate data using KingswaySoft, Scribe, or out-of-the-box (OOB) data import tools.
  • Perform unit testing and manage deployment via Azure DevOps, following solution layering best practices.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, testers, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
  • Ensure all developments align with Microsoft best practices, focusing on scalability and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform and its integration capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform components including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and data migration strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex logic.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working within Agile project methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure Services and RESTful API development.
  • Familiarity with other CRM systems and integration methods.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft best practices for system scalability and security.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a developer focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not strictly required. Candidates should demonstrate relevant technical skills and project experience.
