Your Opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic, early-career Sales Hunter to join a growing AI services team. If you have 2–3 years of experience selling innovative services to mid-sized enterprises and are driven by acquiring new logos, this role is for you.
You will own the entire sales cycle—from demand generation and relationship building to collaborating with solution teams and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Drive net-new client acquisition through proactive outreach and demand-generation campaigns

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across a growing AI services portfolio

Understand client pain points across digital transformation, application modernization, cloud, cybersecurity, engineering, and related areas to position solutions effectively

Actively participate in client discussions, discovery meetings, and shaping solution narratives

Partner with technical and delivery teams to align proposals with client needs

Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in CRM systems

Contribute to go-to-market feedback and help refine positioning as the organization scales

Achieve revenues of $500K in Year 1 and $1.5M in Year 2
Ideal Candidate Profile

2–3 years of experience in IT services, with exposure to client-facing or pre-sales activities in domains such as Healthcare, Retail, and Travel

Recent MBA or business graduate with a strong interest in enterprise technology and services

Demonstrated strength in new-logo acquisition, prospecting, lead qualification, and early-stage deal shaping

Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working in a startup-like environment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting
