Own and lead all financial operations, controls, and compliance

Set up and streamline financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks

Lead budgeting and forecasting aligned with business objectives

Oversee vendor payments and reconciliation 

Ensure timely preparation of MIS, internal reports, and IndAS-compliant financial statements

Manage direct and indirect tax compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)

Work with auditors and lead statutory/tax audits

Implement and manage ERP systems — NetSuite preferred

Build, mentor, and manage the finance team as the organization scales

Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships with maturity and clarity
