Job Summary

The Data Scientist 4 role is designed for an experienced professional who will transform data into actionable insights, identify business opportunities, and solve complex business problems using advanced analytical techniques. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the organization’s goals by leveraging data to drive decision-making and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into insights to identify and quantify business opportunities.
• Solve business problems by employing machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistical learning, pattern recognition, or high-performance computing techniques.
• Collect and manage large data sets to perform complex data analysis.
• Implement data analysis algorithms on a large scale while collaborating closely with data engineering team members.
• Communicate and translate complicated results and their implications to business stakeholders.
• Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques.
• Identify internal and external data sources and transform them into actionable insights that support fact-based decision-making.
• Actively participate in a community of practice for data scientists.

Qualifications

• Advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in data science.
• Strong understanding of how data science contributes to business objectives.
• Ability to influence decisions related to data activities and anticipate dependencies in complex scenarios.
• Experience in working independently with minimal guidance on complex situations.
• Proficiency in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistical analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data manipulation and analysis.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) are preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data science or a related field.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹3,400,000.
