For Factory reporting roles, an accommodation facility is included in the offer.</div> <div>Candidates should have experience in purchasing, inventory management, and operations, preferably with experience in purchasing lighting parts and components.</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</div> <div>Manage parts and material inventory, purchase processes, and logistics</div> <div>Own and maintain two MIS systems: Material tracking/procurement,</div> <div>Dispatch Develop procurement plans based on production forecasts and stock utilization data Standardize similar parts and reduce SKU complexity to simplify inventory management Implement vendor evaluation processes and maintain supplier database</div> <div>Own execution and follow up based on incoming inspection QC Execute inventory management based on management strategic plans</div> <div>.  Generate monthly procurement and dispatch reports and suggest improvement areas Overall Responsibilities</div> <div> Track and update the status of in-transit, purchased, and sold materials on a daily basis.</div> <div> Maintain and update the Supplier History Sheet regularly.</div> <div> Release Purchase Orders based on instructions from the Reporting Manager. Keep accurate records of all purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications.</div> <div> Assist in tracking inventory levels and placing orders in advance to avoid shortages.</div> <div> Follow up on orders to ensure timely deliveries, addressing any potential delays or issues with suppliers.</div> <div> Responsible for the Issuance of Material Receiving Forms to the Quality Department upon receipt of materials.</div> <div> Assist in ensuring that the materials or components received meet quality standards and specifications required for manufacturing lighting products.</div> <div> Provided detailed information on purchased items to the Store Department.  Generate pickup requests for all incoming and outgoing shipments.</div> <div> Email sales-related documents to the Customer Support team.  Update the status of pending purchase orders on a daily basis.</div> <div> Coordinate pollution clearance for vehicles.  Process ECB (External Commercial Borrowing) returns to the bank.</div> <div> Manage and file the return of the ICGR (Import Cargo General Manifest) to the Customs Office.</div> <div> Responsible for all types of coordination with CHA agents of the company for faster clearance of goods.</div> <div> Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices and monitor payments. Deposit cheques into vendor accounts as required.</div> <div> Handle all external tasks related to the submission of documents and materials from Ludhiana.</div> <div> Conduct audits of security guard activities and their performance.</div> <div> Prepare and maintain stock valuation reports.</div> <div> Purchase groceries for staff lunch as needed.</div> <div> Provide assistance to Reporting Manager in various administrative tasks.</div> <div> Send courier packages containing sales documents and ensure preparation of soft copies.</div> <div> Address any issues related to wrong deliveries, damaged goods, or discrepancies in orders.</div> <div> Provide assistance in Stores and Accounts related activities.
