The AI copilot is targeted at the research, sales/RM, and customer support teams and is already in pilot usage by some of the largest BFSI players in India. Culture Fit: We are seeking people with strong CS fundamentals and applied AI expertise who want to work on cutting-edge generative AI applications in finance and want to build meaningful ownership in their outcomes as part of our founding team. Qualifications: &bull; Bachelor&#39;s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. A master&#39;s degree and/or 2+ years of full-time experience is preferred. &bull; Strong understanding of the latest developments in NLP and Transformers both in terms of research and using frameworks like Pytorch, DeepSpeed, and HF Transformers. &bull; Strong understanding of model evaluation, model training, data scraping, data cleaning and processing, and other ML Ops work especially in cloud environments. &bull; Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and question / improve on requirements in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: &bull; Create and build supporting NLP algorithms/LLMs as well as undertake all model training tasks end-to-end from data collection to model performance evaluation. &bull; Contribute to core improvements in our AI copilot&rsquo;s answer grounding methods, data lineage visualization framework, embedding models, and retrieval algorithms</div>
