Identifying, planning and executing marketing campaigns to expand JSW One's brand reach across the market (in coordination with the sales/marketing/business teams).
Ensure implementation of on-ground marketing activities (in-shop branding/signages/wall/shutter painting, etc.) with external agencies
Develop and manage relationships with key vendors and partners. Ensure timely payments and support
Regular audits/checks on the on-ground execution.
MIS on the execution activities + handling of the budgets.
POS Management: Ensure availability of product collaterals, fliers etc., at retailer locations
Qualifications:
Master’s or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Proven work experience as a Trade marketing manager or similar role (4+ years)
Excellent project management skills
Strong communication skills and eye for detail
Strong analytical and research skills
Must be comfortable travelling across the North region as this job requires to be on-field at least 50% of the time
