Job Summary

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring server-side web applications, integrating front-end technologies, and producing scalable code. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure high-quality performance of the applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor server-side web applications using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express, Next.js).
• Establish RESTful APIs and connect them with front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Produce significant, reusable, and scalable code adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to offer new solutions.
• Engage in code reviews, testing, and debugging to guarantee quality and performance.
• Manage and optimize server infrastructure using solutions like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Stay updated with the latest web development methods and technologies, applying them to projects.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and educational opportunities to other developers.
• Design web architectures and solutions based on business needs, managing delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: University degree or equivalent.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, and jQuery.
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and server-side CSS preprocessors (e.g., Stylus, Less).
  • Competence in user authentication and authorization across various systems.
  • Experience in integrating multiple data sources into a single system.
  • Skills in designing database schemas that support business operations.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of backend data management that enhances RESTful APIs/microservices performance.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in optimizing and modifying code for performance and maintainability.
• Familiarity with offline storage, multi-threading, and working around system/language limits to achieve performance benchmarks.
• Good English communication abilities to engage in technical conversations effectively.

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience required in full stack development.
