Job Description

Oversee and manage all legal matters, including corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to business operations.
Manage litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings, liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
Protect and enforce the company’s intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights.
Provide legal support for business expansion, franchise agreements, and mergers & acquisitions.
Advise leadership and internal teams on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry-specific regulatory changes.
Develop and implement internal legal policies and training programs to ensure best practices.
