We are looking out for an experience Performance Marketer / Digital Marketer to drive the overall growth and who will be responsible for achieving overall sales target. You as a performance marketing lead will create the infrastructure required for the brand to scale up for next 3 years.
Requirements:
•
Expert understanding of Google / Meta AdWords (search, display, YouTube), Google Analytics, Social Media Advertising (primarily Facebook/ Instagram) in the context of driving ecommerce sales in the consumer product space.
•
Hands-on experience in optimizing and scaling ad spends while maintaining ROAS targets.
•
Ability to collate and analyze data from digital advertising platforms and use it to optimize marketing spends.
•
Fundamental understanding of SEO.
•
Experience with email and WhatsApp marketing.
•
Experience with Microsoft Clarity or similar tools
•
An entrepreneurial mindset that can work well with cross functional teams to drive growth
Responsibilities:
•
Complete responsibility and oversight for all digital advertising spends across platforms.
•
Allocating media spends to achieve sales targets while optimizing for ROAS.
•
Working with the Branding team to optimize creative strategies based on performance data.
•
Oversight of customer retention marketing campaigns
•
Optimizing the user experience across touch points to optimize conversions (website, abandoned cart and retention flows, etc.)
Qualifications:
•
MBA from Tier 1/ 2 college with atleast 4+ years of experience as a digital or growth marketer.
•
Strong stakeholder management skills as role will need coordination with multiple touchpoints ( agency, e-com team, brand-com team etc)
•
Strong understanding of ad-plaforms like Google Ads, DV360, Facebook ads etc, with hands on experience
•
Strong understanding and experience of working with Google Analytics, A/B Testing tools and CRM
•
Very strong data driven approach and first principle thinking
