Consumers can use cards for all POS payments like online shopping, bill payments, and more. It is a provider of a blockchain-based credit card, intended to manage finances. The company's platform uses blockchain technology to store and process transactions, enabling users to save money, such as cashback rewards and interest-free financing. What sectors and market segments does Rupicard operate in? Rupicard serves in the B2C space in the FinTech market segments.</div>

We are looking out for an experience Performance Marketer / Digital Marketer to drive the overall growth and who will be responsible for achieving overall sales target. You as a performance marketing lead will create the infrastructure required for the brand to scale up for next 3 years.</div>

<div>Requirements:<br />
•<br />
Expert understanding of Google / Meta AdWords (search, display, YouTube), Google Analytics, Social Media Advertising (primarily Facebook/ Instagram) in the context of driving ecommerce sales in the consumer product space.<br />
•<br />
Hands-on experience in optimizing and scaling ad spends while maintaining ROAS targets.<br />
•<br />
Ability to collate and analyze data from digital advertising platforms and use it to optimize marketing spends.<br />
•<br />
Fundamental understanding of SEO.<br />
•<br />
Experience with email and WhatsApp marketing.<br />
•<br />
Experience with Microsoft Clarity or similar tools<br />
•<br />
An entrepreneurial mindset that can work well with cross functional teams to drive growth</div>

<div>Responsibilities:<br />
•<br />
Complete responsibility and oversight for all digital advertising spends across platforms.<br />
•<br />
Allocating media spends to achieve sales targets while optimizing for ROAS.<br />
•<br />
Working with the Branding team to optimize creative strategies based on performance data.<br />
•<br />
Oversight of customer retention marketing campaigns<br />
•<br />
Optimizing the user experience across touch points to optimize conversions (website, abandoned cart and retention flows, etc.)</div>

<div>Qualifications:<br />
•<br />
MBA from Tier 1/ 2 college with atleast 4+ years of experience as a digital or growth marketer.<br />
•<br />
Strong stakeholder management skills as role will need coordination with multiple touchpoints ( agency, e-com team, brand-com team etc)<br />
•<br />
Strong understanding of ad-plaforms like Google Ads, DV360, Facebook ads etc, with hands on experience<br />
•<br />
Strong understanding and experience of working with Google Analytics, A/B Testing tools and CRM<br />
•<br />
Very strong data driven approach and first principle thinking</div>
