Job Description
- Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategy to enhance brand presence, drive sales, and create compelling in-store experiences across all retail outlet stores.
- Ensure that the strategic and creative vision of VM is aligned with brand objectives, target audience, and marketing plans.
- Create innovative and visually captivating displays, window arrangements, and store layouts to showcase our jewelry products effectively.
- Develop visual merchandising guidelines and creative styling direction for stores ensuring consistency in brand image, visual elements, and messaging.
- Lead the visual merchandising strategy for new store launches, special events, and new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and retail goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute visual merchandising initiatives, considering sales trends and customer behavior.
- Coordinate with the retail team for creative window displays, installations, and in-store signage to maximize sales growth.
- Conduct store visits to assess visual merchandising implementation, provide feedback, and improve display techniques.
